• Check your off-contact during set-up.
• Best reflectivity is obtained with a single pass, directly on to the fabric.
• Do not under base with White or any other ink.
• Reflective inks tend to deflect heat therefore slowdown your Belt speed.
• Do not extend or modify ink for it will decrease reflectivity.
  

• Always mix ink thoroughly prior to use. Keep lids on containers.
• Do not mix with any other inks or add reducer.
  
• Add ​3060FF Nylon Catalyst @10% by weight when printing on Nylon.
  
• Shelf life: 6 months, Store in a cool dry area.

WM Plastisol Reflective Silver

Recommended fabrics: Cotton 100%, Polyester & other Blends
Squeegee: 70-75duro (Soft-Medium) Using strong pressure
Mesh: 86 thru 180ct (34 - 90t/cm) for best results use: 110ct Mesh
Curing Temp: 320F for 90 - 120secs

Important: Testing is recommended to assure adequate brightness and adhesion to your substrate.
